HOC channeled the peace practice of the eastern hemisphere for our first double feature, hosting a multi-course meal two nights in a row on a full floor of the brand new Gravity complex in Franklinton. Custom origami, lush plant life, and a variety of pho welcomed 50 guests each night.
One of the featured main courses was a Pan Seared Mahi which included Charred Scallions, Butternut Squash, Micro Citrus, Petite Watercress Blend, Wasabi Aioli, Shaved Peppers, Gold Flakes & Chive Oil
